We always plan to offer a private car service to our clients. We will always confirm with clients should there be a requirement to share with another client
We request that all our clients pre-pay for their travel online.
We take only pre-bookings, usually with a minimum of 12 hours notice to travel.
All fares are for single seats and the vehicle may at times have to be shared with other booked clients.
At times you may have to wait a short while for other clients to arrive for a trip, in particular with inbound flights that may be delayed or when clients have hospital appointments.
Annapolis Valley Travel do try to offer a tailor-made service to you the customer, and will always try to run our transport to meet your timings, so you will arrive at the airport, VIA rail, Hospital, Cape Breton Shuttle Connection or any other destination you choose, at the time you want.
DURING THE WINTER MONTHS (DEC-aPR) BOOKINGS FOR TRAVEL BETWEEN 11PM AND 7AM MAY BE LIMITED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, POOR ROAD CONDITIONS AND DRIVER AVAILABILITY.

Out-of-hours travel surcharge (travel between 11:00pm – 7:00am) - $50.00

Lap Pet or Crated Pet - $25.00 per crate/pet
Annapolis Valley Wine TourS:
We can arrange your tour to suit your preferred Winery such as Mercator, Gasperau, Benjamin Bridge, Luckett’s Vineyard.
We can also arrange a tour of winery’s and distilleries in the Annapolis Royal area.
Subject to availability (door to door service is available) price dependent on tour length/distance
Please note: W do not arrange the wine tasting or restaraunt visits - please contact winerys direct for this.

Cancellation Fee:
ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL INCUR AN ADMINISTRATION FEE OF $20
Cancellations more than 24 hrs before pick-up - Only the $20 admin fee
Cancellation within 24 hrs of pick-up - $40.00 (inc. $20 admin fee)
Cancellation within 12 hrs due to any Government imposed restrictions - $30.00
Full Fare is always due for any no-show or a cancellation once the vehicle departs our home base.
Additional Fares:
As required for multi pick up locations or to/from remote locations or if on dirt roads.
Sole use of full sized passenger van for tours or groups (inc. Driver/fuel/multi-stops/pickups): POA
Sole use of our vehicles for a Wedding Shuttle service: POA
Sole use of our vehicles may incur a preposition fee of $80 per vehicle.
